Lately I've been looking at goals vs. process.

Casey Neistat has been relentless in his pursuit of his goal of running a marathon in less that 3 hours.

Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires

Sadly, I just heard that Jason Isbell and Amanda Shires announced they are getting divorced.

There's a documentary about them on HBO called "Running with Our Eyes Closed" in which they were very open and vulnerable about sharing the struggles of their relationship.

I'm sorry to hear about this split and wish them both well.
